UIS/SAIS Issue Escalation Procedure (IEP)


For issues encountered when using the UIS/SAIS, please follow the instructions below in contacting UIS/SAIS support.

Step 1: User informs the CU IT Office/Data Center about the technical issue.

Step 2: CU IT Office/Data Center provides technical assistance to User. If resolved, User is informed of the resolution. Otherwise, go to Step 3.

Step 3: CU IT Office/Data Center escalates issue to ITDC UIS/SAIS Team (via email, phonecall, skype, VoIP line).

Step 4: ITDC UIS/SAIS Team provides technical assistance by looking into the reported issue.

Step 5: Once resolved, ITDC UIS/SAIS Team informs User and CU IT Office/Data Center about the resolution of issue.
