First, you must set up your recovery email and/or recovery mobile number. For desktop, Android, iPhone, and iPad, the steps on how to do this can be found in this link: Set up a recovery phone number or email address

Backup Codes

You must also set up your backup codes, which will allow you to log in to your UP Mail in case you do not have access to your recovery email or mobile phone number. For desktop, Android, iPhone, and iPad, the steps on how to set up and get your backup codes can be found in this link: Create a set of backup codes

Please be reminded to copy and save/keep these codes in a safe and secure place, as these will aid you should you have trouble accessing your account.

If you can’t sign in to your UP Mail, go to the Account recovery page and follow the instructions.

Use the account recovery page if:

  • You forgot your password.
  • Someone changed your password.
  • Someone deleted your account.
