Microsoft 365 is an account that is available to all currently enrolled students and currently employed faculty and REPS of the University. It offers services which include email and browser-accessible Office applications.
With Microsoft 365, you can enjoy the following perks:
NOTE: Users must already have their UP Mail (@up.edu.ph) account for them to request their Microsoft 365 account.
To request for an office/unit account, you will submit an official letter of request to the ITDC Director. You can use this template: MS 365 for Offices/Units - Letter of Request Template
The letter of request must be submitted to ITDC-Director via the UP Document Routing System (DRS).
First, kindly check the Spam folder of your UP Mail. The Microsoft 365 credentials are sent in bulk during batch processing, and sometimes Google mistakes the emails as spam. Check your spam folders to see if your Microsoft 365 account details have already been sent there.
If not, you may file a ticket at the UP System ICT Support and request for a follow-up regarding the status of your account.
