Video Conferencing Tools: Google Meet

The University has access to other video conferencing platforms, which are connected to our UP Mail (@up.edu.ph) account, namely Google Meet.

What is Google Meet?

Google Meet is the video conferencing tool that is found within the University’s Google Workspace, i.e. your UP Mail (@up.edu.ph) account.

How do I get access to Google Meet?

First of all, make sure you already have your UP Mail (@up.edu.ph) account. For information about the UP Mail and how to request it, please click here.

Take note that to use Google Meet, you must sign in using your UP Mail (@up.edu.ph) account (not your personal Gmail).

Who can use Google Meet?

UP students, faculty, and employees who already have their UP Mail (@up.edu.ph) can use Google Meet.

How do I start using Google Meet for online meetings?

First of all, please make sure that you are using your UP Mail (@up.edu.ph) account (not your personal Gmail).
