On 01 October 2014, the UP ITDC and the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) worked on a project titled “ICT Training and Services for Department of Social Welfare and Development.” Aimed at enhancing DSWD’s efficiency through training and workshops of social workers and development of e-Referral System.
