The UP ITDC and the Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) collaborated on a project for the design and development of EMB’s Online Permitting and Monitoring System (OPMS). With the objective to enhance EMB’s operational efficiency and knowledge in its role under the Climate Change Act of 2009, the project which started on 6 February 2015 consist of three phases. The first has been completed; the second is under maintenance/warranty; while the third is still undergoing discussions.
