Microsoft Office365 is an ONLINE-ONLY account that is available to all currently enrolled students and currently employed faculty of the University. It offers services which include email and browser-accessible Office applications.

A: First, kindly check your spam folder. The MS Office365 credentials are sent in bulk during batch processing, and sometimes Google mistakes the emails sent as spam. Please check your spam folders and check to see if your MS Office365 account details have already been sent there.
If not, you may file a ticket at https://support.up.edu.ph/ and request for a follow-up regarding the status of your account.
