Design and Development of BOI One Window Network (OWN), Client Relationship Management (CRM) System, and ISSP Formulation

On 29 December 2014, the UP ITDC and the Board of Investments (BOI) work together on a project for “Strengthening of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Systems of the Board of Investments (BOI) which has three (3) components:

  • Design and Development of the BOI’s One Window Network (OWN) with Client Relationship Management (CRM) System.
  • Assess, review and recommend updates to the BOI’s Information System Strategic Plan (ISSP)
  • Assist BOI in the planning, acquisition, implementation and post-implementation of their functional and technical requirements especially in the upgrading of its phone and/or communications systems.

    Now on its maintenance/warranty phase, the project aimed at enhancing BOI’s operational efficiency through the effective use of information and communication technology.
